You are invited to attend a free, one-day event at the Northeast Minnesota Apprenticeship Summit.
In celebration of National Apprenticeship Week during Nov. 11-15, Apprenticeship Minnesota at the Department of Labor and Industry -- in collaboration with the City of Duluth and Duluth Building and Construction Trades Council -- cordially invites you to join us Nov. 15, 2019, in Duluth.
This daylong event will include an Apprenticeship 101 overview (featuring the Construction, Utilities, Manufacturing, Healthcare and other high-growth industries), a bus tour of two apprenticeship training facilities, panel discussions featuring regional registered apprenticeship program professionals and apprentices. Additionally, there will be networking opportunities, information tables and lunch provided with presentations by notable guests. Keynote presentation by Dr. Tom Krieger, Director of Education and Research, North American Building Trades Unions.

• Who: High school teachers, counselors and administrators, workforce development professionals, apprenticeship program coordinators and community-based organizations working with youth and their families.
